Ad Godinez is a service-disabled veteran, West Point graduate, and founder of SOI Solutions. With over 27 years of leadership experience in the military and civilian sectors, he specializes in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven strategy. Rooted in family’s heritage from Leon, Mexico, and as a first generation American, my approach blends courage, strength, and empathy. I am dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve lasting impact and success.
